1) Overview

This website (“Site”) and all goods, services, and digital items offered through it are operated by Without A Budget, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) under license from The Cold Vault, LLC. Use of this site implies your agreement to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

2) Product Nature and Intent

Vault-LV™ offers crafted items in limited release, including:
  • Topical products (e.g., herb-infused balms and oils)
  • Hand-assembled jewelry and personal accessories
  • Digital audio files and downloads
All items are presented for external, non-ingestible use or personal enjoyment. No therapeutic, spiritual, or functional health claims are made.
Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

3) User Responsibility

You agree to:
  • Use this site and its contents lawfully and respectfully
  • Not attempt to reproduce, misuse, or falsely represent products or content
  • Not imply endorsement or function beyond the item’s described use
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to place an order.

4) Intellectual Property

All brand names, product concepts, visuals, and digital works are the intellectual property of The Cold Vault, LLC and licensed to Without A Budget, LLC for distribution. These include Vault-LV™, Arcane Monk™, Cathy’s Creations™, and Alkenox™.
No license is granted for replication, resale, or public distribution of brand materials or product content.

5) Order Processing & Fulfillment

Vault-LV™ products are small-batch or limited-release. Products may sell out without restock.
  • Shipping: Orders are packed and shipped within the stated timeframes.
  • Returns: Due to the handmade and seasonal nature of our items, all sales are final.
  • Digital Goods: All digital files (e.g., WAV, MP3) are final sale and intended for personal use.
  • Packaging: Some items may include printed inserts or limited design elements. These are for presentation and do not serve as functional advice or guarantees.

6) Compliance & Liability

All Vault-LV™ products are described in accordance with U.S. commerce standards. No item is sold or issued as therapeutic, medicinal, or metaphysical in nature.
Without A Budget, LLC is solely responsible for customer service, fulfillment, and operations. Use of any item is at the sole discretion of the buyer.

7) Privacy Policy

Customer information is used only for purchase processing and fulfillment. We do not sell personal data. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

8) Revisions & Changes

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Site constitutes agreement with the current version posted.

9) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
